How To Return An Item

We’ve made the return process easy and discreet:

  • Print and complete our Return Request Form (or handwrite the details below if you don’t have a printer).
  • Securely pack your item(s) with the completed form inside the box.
  • Ship to the address that matches your shipping method:

Don’t Have a Printer?

No problem. Just include a handwritten note with the following:

  • Your full name and shipping address
  • The item(s) you are returning
  • The email address used to place your order
  • The reason for the return and what you’d like (e.g. “Refund” or “Replace with [item name/number]”)

What Happens Next?

Once we receive and process your return:

  • A refund is issued to your original payment method

  • Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank
